Snorkeling has become an important aspect of eco-tourism promotion in the Bahamas. There are hundreds of reefs and wrecks throughout the Commonwealth of the Bahamas. West End alone has more than 6 popular spots including the infamous Boat Wreck situated in 8 feet of water.
The Boat Wreck is one of the most requested spots to snorkel as the boat rests in less that 8 feet of water. The wreck is covered with coral and teeming with thousands of fish.
